We have had many good conversations at TOC Europe that reinforce a strong trend from port operators toward the removal of hydraulic oil. Electrification drives this further as efficient electromechanical systems allow for a lower threshold, enabling faster rollout of electric port equipment.

The focus on the Energy Transition among many sessions and exhibitors offered interesting content from industry leaders about sustainability and innovation - two of our favorite topics here at Cascade Drives. Sustainability and innovation are at the heart of our work, developing electromechanical linear drives as a cleaner and more efficient replacement for hydraulics in commercial equipment for ports and other industrial applications.

We’re ready to help manufacturers of equipment for ports improve environmental outcomes and operational performance. Our electromechanical drive technology for lifting and linear motion replaces polluting hydraulics while providing greater precision, higher productivity and lower maintenance.
