Production Engineer

We are looking for an ambitious individual responsible for preparing product production. The role involves transferring engineering drawings into Monitor ERP along with related assembly processes and instructions, as well as overseeing production planning, inventory control, test rig design, logistics, and quality control.
Successful candidates must have excellent administrative and communications skills, understand mechanical design, be good team members and appreciate the startup culture.
The Production Engineer reports to the COO and is part of the operations team.
What you will do:
Transfer engineering 3D and drawings into production documentation
Assembly instructions and checklists
Monitor ERP
Workshop responsibility, including work environment and equipment/tools for product assembly
Quality inspections of incoming material
Logistics and shipping
Product quality control and end-of-line testing
Test rig design
Inventory control
Your skills and qualifications:
You have at least five years of professional experience in production engineering and operational planning. You also have experience in product assurance, inspection, and managing potential quality deviations with suppliers.
You are familiar with workplace regulations and can organize and oversee a workshop according to changing requirements.
Hands-on experience working on a workshop floor and familiarity with manufactured mechanical parts is qualifying.
You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
